Delivery –
How long does the delivery take?
All deliveries take about 7 to 14 days to eventually leave our workshop and then make a way to the customer's (your's) address within India. We are working hard to bring this duration down significantly. For overseas addresses. this time duration will be close to 21 days.
What are the shipping costs?
We partner with multiple courier and aggregator services to make sure that the cost of shipping and quality of services are available at best possible price. The shipping cost will vary depending on the number of items and the weight of the box.
Where are the orders shipped from?
The orders will be shipped from Noida, Uttar Pradesh India.
Payment and Refund -
Which payment mathods are supported?
We have partnered with Razor Pay and Zoho Payment, which support various options on Indian Payment systems like UPI. Credit Cards etc.
When will I receive my refund?
If you have followed the instructions on how to return the orders, usually we process the return within 7 days or raising the cancellation. But, if you have not followed the instructions, there is a very high chance that this will be extended by some days or even weeks.
I have returned my unwanted items but I have not yet received the refund.

Where can I submit my discount or gift code?
If you have recieved the discount code or a gift code, first of all Congratulations! - you can use the coupons or discount code or gift codes at the time of the checkout. There would be an option to put the code in, in text - at the time of the checkout.
Exchnage and Return –
How do I make a return?
Pls follow the return policy.
Can I exchange items?
Since we are an online e-commerce shop, we do not support exchnage of any kind. If you wish to return the items which you have not opened / used - because maybe you dont like the color or embroidery - you can use the same box in which the item was shipped and send it back to our address using your own money. We will process your refund within 7 days of receipt of the returned item in good condition.
When do I get my refund?
After the receipt of the returned items, we process the refund within 7 working days.
Claim / Complaint –
I have received a defective item and would like to make a claim for refund, how can I do that?
Pls take a picture of the defective items after you open the card-board box, make sure you had not opened the inner plastic / polythene beg. Pls send the email with your Username or Contact No, Order ID and the picture of the defective item. We will respond to your email within 48 hours of receipt of the email. As a resulkt of the email exchnages, the refund maybe processed which you will get back in your account within 7 days.
Custom Made –
How can I design my own cap?
Desinging your Own Cap is self explanatory, pls use this tutorial to personalize your Cap/s. You can use a TEXT (single letter, a word, small sentence, Symbols etc) and/or a Picture or Artwork to upload - to design your cap. Pls be informed that the symbols or text which are sensitive, racial, offensive and derogatory in nature, will be rejected and refind will be processed as per our policy of refunds.
Can I get my own logo or design on the cap?
Yes ofcourse, thats the whole point of customization / personalization. you can upload the Art-work and/or put the text that you need embroidered on the Cap. You can even put the specific instructions on where to put the Embroidery - Front (in most cases), sides and/or back.
Do you have a minimum purchase quantity?
Yes, 1 is our min purchase quantity :)
Other Questions-
Do you also offer gift cards?
Yes, in case of corporate gift card, pls send enquiry at support@capson.in . During various promotion offeres we will send the gift cards to be used to our customers via email. Pls subscribe to our Weekly blogs to make use of gift cards.
How can I order as a Company / Corporate?
There is a form to be filled or send an enquiry at support@capson.in mentioning your Company Name and Address, we will respond back within 48 hours.
Can I also order via Email/Phone?
No - ordering via email or Phone is not supported - until we have an integration with WhatApp. You can always use the COD (Cash on Demand) facility while ordering in case you are not comfortable putting your Cards info or UPI payment on our website.
